Why Infold exists.
For more than two decades, I have led and advised transformation programs in financial services—across banking, wealth management, operations, technology, and control functions. The most difficult work is rarely defining the future state. It is making the change work in a regulated, complex organization while the business still has to perform.
Infold exists to close the gap between strategy and delivery. I take on a limited number of engagements so the person who diagnoses the problem is also accountable for helping solve it. Together, we turn complexity into a clear operating path: what changes, who owns it, how it is governed, and how success will be measured.
The result is advisory that is rigorous where it counts and practical where it matters: evidence-led analysis, credible operating-model design, and hands-on support through adoption.
